How do I book?
Choose your services, add your area and preferred time, then send the prepared WhatsApp or email message. Our team replies to confirm availability and the final price.
What do I need to prepare?
A chair and a little space near natural light is ideal. We bring our own tools, protective covers and clean-up materials.
Can you come to my hotel or office?
Yes. Please share the hotel or building name and any access details in your booking notes so we can arrange entry.
How do I pay?
Payment options are confirmed with you on WhatsApp when your booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes. Add the child's age in your notes so we can plan the visit.
Can I buy products?
Browse the Shop and order on WhatsApp. We'll confirm availability and delivery.
My Dubai area is not listed. Can I still request a visit?
Yes. We accept requests from all Dubai areas. Enter your neighbourhood or building name in the area search or booking form, even if it is not in the directory. The team confirms your appointment timing and final price.
Do I have to share GPS location?
No. GPS sharing is optional and asks for your browser permission. You can remove it before sending, or enter your address and access details in Notes instead.
Is my preferred time confirmed when I send the message?
Not yet. Your date and time are a request; the team replies to confirm the appointment and final price before the visit.
Can I share a haircut reference photo?
Yes. Send your reference photo on WhatsApp and describe the length, shape or finish you like so the team can discuss the look with you.
Can my child choose a modern haircut?
Yes. Explore the kids gallery for textured tops, fades, quiffs and line designs, then share the style you have in mind. The team discusses what suits your child's hair.
