This website does not store booking data. When you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, location and preferred time.

How we use it

Only to arrange, deliver and follow up on your appointment or order. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.

Grooming advisor

Suggestions are matched against our service catalogue in your browser. Your description and preferences are not sent to an AI service or stored by the advisor. New advisor requests and booking additions are not recorded. Previously recorded anonymous advisor activity remains restricted to authorised administrators; it contains no customer descriptions or booking details.

Optional GPS sharing

Location is requested only when you choose to share it and allow your browser's location permission. Coordinates, approximate accuracy and a map link are held temporarily in the booking form, not stored by this website. You can remove them before sending. They are shared with Rameez Grooming only when you send the prepared WhatsApp or email message. Email sharing opens your email app; it does not send automatically. You can book without sharing GPS and enter your address in the notes instead.
